Human Resources Generalist Lead

As we continue to grow, We are seeking an experienced HR generalist who can independently manage HR activities, support business priorities and demonstrate the leadership potential to become an HR Manager. Responsibilities: Take ownership of day-to-day HR operations, maintaining accurate records, reliable service, and appropriate controls. Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, employee retention, and talent development activities. Support department managers in performance management, employee engagement, and the fair handling of employee relations matters. Apply Egyptian labor law and company policies, protect confidential information, and escalate sensitive issues appropriately. Partner with department leaders to translate business needs into practical workforce plans, considering capacity, cost, and operational priorities. Analyze HR metrics, identify underlying problems, and implement improvements with clear measures of success. Lead agreed HR projects, coordinate colleagues' contributions, delegate responsibilities, and provide coaching and follow-up. Support organizational changes by gaining stakeholder cooperation and monitoring implementation. Qualifications: Solid HR Experience: 7+ years across HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations. Relevant Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Practical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Egyptian labour law and fair, consistent HR practices. Leadership Potential: Experience leading people or projects, delegating effectively, and coaching others. Business Awareness: Ability to connect workforce needs, HR data, and costs to practical decisions. A Record of Improvement: Clear examples of strengthening hiring, retention, or HR processes. Influence & Integrity: Confidence to guide managers, support change, and handle sensitive matters with sound judgment.
