Sales Specialist outdoor (Experience in the tourism companies )

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Nozha for a Sales Specialist (Outdoor) with experience in tourism companies. The Sales Specialist will visit tourism-related clients and partners, present product lines, and conduct face-to-face sales meetings to drive revenue and expand market presence. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, following up on leads, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and providing product demonstrations and basic training as needed. The role also involves monitoring market trends, preparing simple sales reports, coordinating with internal teams on orders and deliveries, and ensuring excellent customer service during all interactions. The Sales Specialist is expected to meet sales targets, represent T&S COSMETICS professionally, and promote brand awareness within the tourism sector. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships. Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing, particularly with tourism companies or related industries. Candidates should possess skills in Training and Sales Management, such as providing product guidance to partners and supporting basic sales planning and follow-up. Previous outdoor or field sales experience, ideally in cosmetics, retail, or tourism, is highly beneficial. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel locally within Qesm El Nozha and surrounding areas as required. Basic proficiency in using mobile or computer tools for reporting and communication; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
