Learning and Development Manager

JOB SCOPE: As Learning & Development Manager, to set and monitor Corporate learning and development strategies in alignment with business and EMEA L&D strategies and people growth for KSA operations. To drive, plan, lead, and ensure the quality and timeliness of performance support and synchronize with Corporate Learning & Development strategies. Maintain close relationships with different departments to provide effective account services. Coach team members to achieve optimal levels of performance. Monitor the effectiveness and applicability of policies and procedures and take necessary actions for continuous improvement. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Work closely with EMEA Learning and Development Manager to identify and review training needs in airport lounges and all outlets to maintain good quality of customer service Improve participation and training effectiveness while crafting engagement activities Plan and manage initiatives in the learning calendar to ensure timely implementation for Managers, Operational colleagues, Management Trainees, and Interns Closely coach KSA L&D team and Operational Trainers to optimise their skillsets in the right manner Execute training needs assessments and make necessary recommendations and training solutions, ensuring objectives address company values, business objectives, results, and employee development needs Plan, develop, conduct, and supervise training and development programs according to business needs Update training manuals based on operational needs Plan, review, prepare, and monitor the Training Plan and monthly training calendars accordingly Train and manage the team of internal trainers to ensure effective delivery of all internal training programs Work closely with external training providers on in-house or public training programs Seek best solutions to improve operational workflow procedures Manage learning program administration and training records Assist in setting up new operations and participate in business development initiatives Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned by the company JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or other disciplines Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, including training design and facilitation Certification in branded training products and psychometric tools (MBTI, 360 Assessment, DISC, etc.) is an advantage Hands-on experience in e-learning design, career development, and talent management Mature individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic Capable of working effectively in a multicultural organization About the Company Hello!
