Sales Manager – Lighting & Electrical Projects Falcon for Lighting Location: Nasr City, Cairo Falcon for Lighting is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team as Sales Manager. Based at our Nasr City office, the successful candidate will lead the sales team, develop new business opportunities, and drive sales growth across lighting and electrical projects. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement yearly and quarterly sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team, setting clear targets and monitoring performance. Identify new project opportunities and build relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and procurement teams. Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to recommend suitable lighting solutions. Oversee quotations, technical and commercial proposals, negotiations, and contract closing. Manage the sales pipeline, prepare forecasts, and report on results and market opportunities. Coordinate with production and delivery teams to meet client requirements and agreed timelines. Support the team in client meetings, site visits, and resolving sales-related issues. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. 6–10 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in lighting and electrical projects. Proven experience in sales management and leading a team. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and develop business relationships. Strong managerial, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to organize team priorities, monitor performance, and develop team members. Must own a car and be available for client meetings and site visits. Show more Show less
