The Property Consultant will support clients throughout the property transaction lifecycle, including identifying suitable properties, conducting viewings, and providing market insights. Daily tasks include advising clients on pricing and negotiation strategies, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, and preparing necessary documentation. The role also involves building and managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience from initial inquiry to closing. The Property Consultant is expected to represent KW RED’s values of integrity and client-centric service in every interaction. Qualifications Strong Consulting and Real Estate skills to advise clients effectively and understand local market conditions. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and provide a high-quality client experience. Proven Sales skills with the ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet or exceed performance targets. Ability to work on-site in Cairo with flexibility to attend client meetings, property viewings, and networking events. High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all client and partner interactions. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and properties simultaneously. Previous experience in real estate or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications or licenses are an advantage.
