Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Food Server role based in Doha, Qatar. The Food Server will be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and serving food and beverages in a professional and timely manner. Daily tasks include setting up and clearing tables, ensuring food presentation meets company standards, and maintaining a clean and safe service area in line with HSSE guidelines. The role also involves coordinating with kitchen staff, handling guest inquiries or concerns, and supporting overall dining operations during peak service times. The Food Server is expected to deliver courteous, efficient service that enhances the guest experience and reflects FAFM’s commitment to excellence. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong customer service skills and the ability to handle guest requests courteously and efficiently. Candidates should possess food service and food & beverage handling skills, with an understanding of hygiene and safety standards. Candidates should possess effective communication skills for interacting with guests, colleagues, and supervisors. Candidates should possess basic cooking or food preparation awareness to coordinate accurately with kitchen operations. Prior experience in hospitality or food service is preferred, especially in high-volume or facility-managed environments. Ability to stand for extended periods, work shifts, and perform tasks in a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of basic HSSE practices in a food service environment is an advantage. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; additional food safety or hospitality certifications are beneficial.
