Our core focus is Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC), EPC, Infrastructure and Construction, with additional capabilities across Manufacturing, Software and Technology. We’re looking for senior professionals whose industry knowledge, relationships and judgment can help us connect with the right organisations and build lasting client partnerships. What you would do Introduce us to talent acquisition leaders, business heads, project directors and senior decision-makers across the UAE and/or Saudi Arabia. Help shape our account strategy by identifying priority companies, sectors, projects and hiring needs. Support client conversations and position our recruitment capabilities against their business requirements. Act as a trusted senior advisor as we build and grow these relationships. Our industry focus AEC: Architecture, design, engineering consultancy, project and programme management. EPC, Energy & Industrial Projects: Engineering, procurement and construction across oil and gas, power, renewables and process industries. Infrastructure & Construction: Buildings, transport, utilities, civil infrastructure and major development projects. Manufacturing: Industrial engineering, plant operations, production, quality and supply chain. Software & Technology: Software engineering, IT services, quality engineering, data and analytics, AI and intelligent automation, cloud, cybersecurity, digital transformation and Global Capability Centres (GCCs). What we offer clients Executive search and leadership hiring. Permanent recruitment across technical, project, commercial and corporate functions. Contract staffing and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO). Dedicated delivery support for specialist and volume hiring requirements. You likely have 15+ years of experience in industry leadership, operations, project delivery, talent acquisition, business development or consulting. Strong, current relationships within one or more of our focus sectors in the UAE and/or Saudi Arabia. A clear understanding of how organisations hire, who influences recruitment decisions and where specialist recruitment support can add value. The credibility to make meaningful introductions and support long-term business relationships. The arrangement Revenue share on business you help originate, with terms agreed directly with you.
