Electrical Engineer (Fresh Saudi Graduates)

Job Role We are looking for a motivated Saudi fresh graduate in Electrical Engineering to join our team in Riyadh. This role offers practical project exposure, structured learning, and guidance from experienced professionals to build a successful engineering career. The successful candidate will support the engineering and project teams in the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of electrical works and related solutions. Key Responsibilities Support the engineering team in planning, coordinating, and executing electrical projects. Assist with reviewing electrical drawings, technical specifications, material submittals, and project requirements. Participate in site inspections, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities. Coordinate with project, procurement, site, and subcontractor teams to support timely project delivery. Assist in preparing technical reports, work progress updates, and project documentation. Support the preparation of material requests, quantity take-offs, and technical evaluations when required. Ensure assigned activities comply with approved quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements. Develop technical knowledge and professional capability through on-the-job learning and development opportunities. Qualifications & Experience Fresh graduate in electrical engineering, projects, construction, or MEP environments. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from a recognised university. Basic understanding of electrical systems, engineering drawings, and technical specifications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage. Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Professional working proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage. Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
