IT Integration Solutions Manager Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia Industry: Supply Chain, Logistics & Technology Experience: 9+ years Language: Arabic is a must We are partnering with a major organisation in Saudi Arabia's supply chain and logistics sector to recruit an experienced IT Integration Solutions Manager. This position will be responsible for designing, managing and optimising enterprise-wide integration solutions, ensuring seamless connectivity between business applications, external partners, suppliers and customers. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of enterprise integration architecture across complex IT environments. Develop scalable integration solutions connecting ERP, supply chain, procurement, logistics and other enterprise applications. Oversee API integrations, middleware platforms, data exchange and system interoperability. Manage supplier and customer onboarding integrations, including external systems and third-party platforms. Establish integration standards, technical governance and architectural best practices. Collaborate with enterprise architects, application teams and business stakeholders to define integration requirements. Lead integration projects, manage technical teams and coordinate external technology vendors. Troubleshoot complex integration challenges and drive continuous improvement. Requirements Minimum 9 years of relevant IT experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or management capacity. Strong background in enterprise integration architecture and solution design. Hands-on understanding of APIs, REST/SOAP, middleware, ESB and integration platforms. Experience integrating ERP and enterprise business applications, ideally SAP, Oracle or similar platforms. Strong exposure to supply chain, procurement, logistics or distribution systems. Experience with cloud and on-premise integration environments. Strong stakeholder management, technical leadership and problem-solving capabilities. Professional fluency in Arabic and English. Must currently be based in Saudi Arabia. Candidates with experience in large-scale supply chain organisations, logistics providers, industrial businesses or complex enterprise environments are particularly encouraged to apply.
