L2/L3 incident management and advanced troubleshooting. Infrastructure monitoring, performance optimization and capacity planning. Migration, upgrades, patching and technology refresh. Backup, recovery, high availability and disaster recovery. Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and operational documentation. ITIL-based Incident, Problem, Request and Change Management. Working with cross-functional infrastructure and application teams. 24x7 production support / on-call responsibilities where required. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Strong hands-on experience in the relevant technology. Experience supporting large-scale enterprise production environments. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities. Experience in infrastructure operations, migration and transformation projects. Good communication and stakeholder-management skills. Relevant technical certifications will be an advantage.
