𝐖𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 | 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐏𝐕 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐂 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐎𝐧-𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞 – 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐒𝐢𝐭𝐞, 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐲𝐚, 𝐄𝐠𝐲𝐩𝐭 | 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥-𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of a large-scale solar PV power plant in Minya, from mobilization through commissioning and handover, with full accountability for delivery, cost, schedule and contractual performance. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐨 • Lead the end-to-end execution of utility-scale solar PV projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, schedule and quality requirements • Manage contract administration under FIDIC conditions, including notices, variation orders, extensions of time and claims preparation and response • Monitor project cost, cash flow and forecasts, and take corrective action on deviations • Develop, update and control the project master programme and track progress against the baseline • Coordinate with the Owner, Consultant and Lenders' Engineer, and manage approvals, inspections and testing milestones • Manage and monitor subcontractors and suppliers, including procurement follow-up, performance and compliance • Lead and develop the project team across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning • Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards, quality procedures and grid-connection requirements • Prepare periodic progress reports and present project status to senior management and the Client 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred) • 10 years of total experience in project management within the contracting industry, including 5–7 years in solar PV projects • Proven track record managing large-scale solar plants with a reputable contractor is essential • Solid hands-on experience with FIDIC contracts, claims management and variation control • Strong command of MS Project or Primavera, cost control and project reporting • Excellent English, both written and verbal, with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills • PMP certification is a plus • Valid Engineers Syndicate membership Please note: this is a full-time on-site role based at our project site in Minya, with a fixed schedule. #Hiring #ProjectManager #SolarEnergy #SolarPV #RenewableEnergy #FIDIC #Minya #Construction #Contracting #EgyptJobs #ARTTEC Show more Show less
