Role Description The Odoo Implementor is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Odoo ERP solutions for clients. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and analyzing business requirements, mapping processes to Odoo modules, and configuring applications such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and CRM. The role involves coordinating data migration, performing system testing, documenting configurations, and providing user training and post-implementation support. The Odoo Implementor collaborates closely with developers and project managers to customize modules, integrate Odoo with other systems, and ensure successful deployments. Ongoing responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, optimizing existing implementations, and contributing to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and best practices. Qualifications Strong Odoo ERP implementation skills, including configuration of core modules (e.g., Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM) and workflow customization. Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and translating operational needs into system specifications. Ability to manage data migration activities, perform system testing, and ensure data integrity across modules. Competence in user training, documentation, and providing functional support to end users. Familiarity with integration concepts, APIs, and working with technical teams on system integration with other business applications. Basic understanding of Python, PostgreSQL, and Linux environments is advantageous for collaborating on customizations and troubleshooting. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and process quality. Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus for local client interaction. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects or tasks in a dynamic environment. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
