Role Description The Client Experience Agent (Pharmacists, Biotech) is a full-time, on-site role based at Groovy Aesthetic Clinics in Heliopolis. This role focuses on welcoming clients, guiding them through available medical-grade aesthetic and wellness services, and ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience from check-in to check-out. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining treatment options in clear, accessible language, coordinating with medical staff, and answering client questions about procedures, products, and aftercare. The Client Experience Agent will manage appointments, support front-desk operations, and follow up with clients to measure satisfaction and address concerns. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, adhering to clinical protocols, and contributing to a client-centered atmosphere that reflects Groovy’s standards of safety, professionalism, and care. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients. Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal explanations and professional written correspondence. Experience in customer service and customer experience, with a focus on creating seamless, welcoming client journeys. Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction, including proactive problem-solving and follow-up. Background in pharmacy, biotechnology, or a related medical field, with the ability to understand and convey treatment information accurately. Ability to work on-site in Heliopolis, including flexible scheduling as needed to support clinic hours. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
