Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager – Travel (DMC Partnerships), based in Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility for some remote work. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying, building, and maintaining partnerships with Destination Management Companies (DMCs) globally. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, negotiating agreements, managing client relationships, and creating strategies to promote travel packages. The role also involves developing proposals, attending events, and ensuring business growth through collaboration and innovation. Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales or business development Strong experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation Must be confident and experienced in conducting international sales calls Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written) Experience in outbound sales (calls, LinkedIn, email outreach) Target-driven with strong closing ability Ability to work independently and manage pipeline Basic Excel / reporting skills Show more Show less
