About Kiasha Marketing Kiasha Marketing is a Dubai agency that looks after Instagram and patient ads for clinics: aesthetic, dermatology, laser and dental. Every post is checked against the DHA social media rules before it goes live. Our founder has worked in Dubai's aesthetic clinics. The role You open doors with Dubai clinic owners, medical directors and practice managers, and help them choose the right package. You call and visit during clinic hours; our team handles the content, ads and reporting. What you'll do Call and visit clinics from our researched list and from your own network Run short discovery calls and book meetings with our founder Present our packages and the DHA Instagram Check Keep every lead updated in our CRM Who we're looking for Experience selling to clinics, pharmacies, medical devices or healthcare services in Dubai Confident on the phone and in person; Arabic is a plus Honest: you never promise results, and you care about patients' trust Pay Commission only, with no fixed salary: 10% of each client's fees for its first 6 months. Example: one clinic on our Patient Growth package (AED 18,000 a month) earns you AED 10,800 over 6 months. Flexible hours; you work independently.
