𝗪𝗘’𝗥𝗘 𝗛𝗜𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 | Human Resources Specialist On behalf of a leading client in the glass manufacturing industry, we are looking for an experienced Human Resources Specialist to support and manage HR activities at the company’s facility in Ain Sokhna, Suez. 𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦 • Manage recruitment and selection activities, including job postings, CV screening, interviews, and candidate follow-up. • Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and HR records. • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees. • Support attendance, leave, and employee data administration. • Assist with payroll preparation and coordinate employee-related documentation with Finance. • Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations. • Handle employee inquiries and support employee relations matters. • Coordinate training activities and maintain training records when required. • Prepare HR reports and maintain updated employee databases. • Ensure HR documentation and practices comply with applicable labor regulations and company policies. 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦 • Previous experience in the glass manufacturing industry is a MUST. • Bachelor’s degree. • Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
