LynGrow is looking for a creative Video Editor to bring our clients’ brands to life through engaging videos for social media, ads, and campaigns. What you’ll do Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms Produce longer videos such as brand stories, promos, testimonials, and event coverage Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, sound design, and color correction Turn creative briefs and scripts into polished videos that match each client’s brand Work closely with the content, design, and social media teams on campaigns Keep up with social media trends and bring fresh ideas to the table Organize footage and project files, and deliver on tight deadlines What we’re looking for 1–3 years of experience in video editing, ideally for social media or a marketing agency. Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro; After Effects is a big plus. Experience with CapCut or similar tools for fast social content. A strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual style. Understanding of what makes content perform on each platform. Ability to handle feedback and multiple projects at once. A portfolio or showreel is required.
