Blacksip is looking for a creative passionate and proactive individual to join its team The ideal candidate has a strong marketing and business mindset and is eager to develop the branch increase sales attract new customers and contribute to continuous growth and improvement. المهام والمسؤوليات | Responsibilities * تصوير منتجات القهوة والمخبوزات وأصناف القائمة * صناعة وتحرير الفيديوهات والمحتوى الإبداعي * إدارة ونشر المحتوى على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي * ابتكار وتنفيذ حملات وأفكار تسويقية تهدف إلى زيادة المبيعات * البحث عن فرص جديدة لتطوير الفرع وتحسين تجربة العملاء * التعامل مع استفسارات العملاء وملاحظاتهم وتعزيز رضاهم * متابعة المنافسين وتحليل السوق واقتراح أفكار تميز الفرع * متابعة أداء المبيعات وتقديم أفكار لتحقيق نتائج أفضل * تحويل الأفكار الإبداعية إلى خطوات عملية تساهم في نمو الفرع * Photograph coffee products bakery items and menu offerings * Create and edit engaging videos and creative content * Manage and publish content across social media platforms * Develop and implement marketing campaigns and ideas to increase sales * Identify opportunities to develop the branch and improve customer experience * Respond to customer inquiries feedback and comments * Monitor competitors and market trends and suggest ideas to differentiate the branch * Track sales performance and propose initiatives to achieve better results * Turn creative ideas into actionable initiatives that support business growth المتطلبات | Requirements * أن يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية * خبرة من سنة إلى 3 سنوات في التسويق أو صناعة المحتوى أو إدارة حسابات التواصل الاجتماعي * إجادة التصوير والمونتاج وصناعة المحتوى * مهارات تواصل وخدمة عملاء ممتازة * شغف حقيقي بالتسويق والمبيعات وتطوير الأعمال * عقلية إبداعية وتجارية مع القدرة على اقتراح أفكار جديدة وتنفيذها * المبادرة وتحمل المسؤولية والعمل باستقلالية والتركيز على تحقيق النتائج * Must be a Saudi national * 1–3 years of experience in marketing content creation or social media management * Proficiency in photography video editing and content creation * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Genuine passion for marketing sales and business development * Creative and commercially minded with the ability to develop and execute new ideas * Proactive self-motivated and able to work independently with a strong focus on results نبحث عن شخص شغوف ومبادر يمتلك رؤية تسويقية وإبداعية ويسعى إلى صناعة أفكار مؤثرة وتعزيز حضور العلامة التجارية واستكشاف فرص جديدة لزيادة المبيعات وتحقيق مزيد من النمو والتميز.
