The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical systems, LV switchgear, electrical services, PLC, or industrial automation, along with proven experience in technical sales within the UAE market. The role focuses on strengthening existing customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and providing tailored electrical solutions to clients, particularly in the brownfield and facilities services sectors. Key Responsibilities - Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE electrical services market. - Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business. - Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical assessments to understand project requirements. - Recommend suitable electrical solutions based on customer needs and technical specifications. - Collaborate with the sales support and engineering teams to prepare technical proposals, quotations, and sales presentations. - Manage the sales process from initial client engagement through proposal submission and commercial negotiations. - Address clients’ technical and commercial queries to support successful deal closures. - Coordinate with project managers and engineering teams to ensure a smooth handover from sales to project execution. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new growth opportunities. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business development strategy. Requirements & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering, with a preference for Electrical Engineering. - 4–6 years of relevant experience in technical sales within the UAE market. - Proven experience selling LV switchgear, electrical services, PLC, industrial automation, or related electrical solutions. - Strong technical understanding of electrical systems, services, and solutions. - Experience interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements. - Ability to design or recommend technical solutions that meet customer requirements. - Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships, negotiate commercially, and close sales. - Strong understanding of the UAE market and its electrical industry. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English. - A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
