Role Description The Medical Advisor at Dynamics Link is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 1st New Cairo. This role involves providing medical and scientific insight to support product strategies, customer engagements, and internal decision-making across business management and healthcare-related solutions. The Medical Advisor will review and interpret clinical data, prepare medical content and education materials, and support medical communication to clients and internal teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional colleagues, contributing to market access discussions, supporting research initiatives, and ensuring that medical information and recommendations are accurate, evidence-based, and aligned with relevant regulations. The role also involves participating in meetings with clients and partners, addressing medical inquiries, and helping shape strategies that integrate healthcare and technology solutions. Qualifications Strong foundation in Medicine and clinical practice, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex medical information clearly. Demonstrated experience in Medical Affairs and Medical Education to support internal teams and client-facing medical communication. Background in Research, including literature review, data analysis, and application of evidence-based medicine to business and product decisions. Understanding of Market Access principles, including health economics, reimbursement pathways, and value communication for healthcare solutions. Relevant university degree in Medicine or a related health science; postgraduate training or certifications in medical affairs, public health, or health economics are an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; strong presentation and stakeholder engagement abilities. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, commercial, and operational) and work effectively in an on-site environment. Familiarity with healthcare systems, regulatory requirements, and the intersection of medical practice with technology and business solutions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to ethical, patient-centered decision-making. Show more Show less
