Qs Engineer

We are seeking experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors and QS Team Leaders to support major construction projects across the UAE and GCC. Location: Nasr City, Cairo Key Responsibilities Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates. Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contracts. Manage variations, interim payments, and subcontractor valuations. Support cost control, contractual claims, and commercial reporting. Coordinate with Abu Dhabi project and commercial teams. Lead and review QS team deliverables (Team Leaders). Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Senior QS Engineers: 5–8 years of relevant experience. QS Team Leaders: 8+ years, including team supervision. Proven experience in major construction projects valued at 500M+. Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, contracts, and commercial management. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and quantity take-off software. Familiarity with FIDIC contracts is preferred. GCC project experience is a strong advantage.
