Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Relationship Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of corporate banking products, financial services, credit facilities, and business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing corporate client portfolios, identifying new business opportunities, providing tailored financial solutions, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction while supporting the organization's growth objectives. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and key business stakeholders. - Identify and acquire new corporate banking clients to expand the customer portfolio. - Understand clients' financial requirements and recommend suitable banking products and services. - Manage corporate banking portfolios, including loans, credit facilities, trade finance, and cash management solutions. - Assess client financial statements, creditworthiness, and business performance. - Collaborate with credit, risk, compliance, and operations teams to facilitate banking transactions. - Prepare client proposals, financial reports, and relationship management plans. - Monitor client accounts, repayment performance, and credit exposure. - Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities for corporate banking products. - Ensure compliance with UAE banking regulations, internal policies, and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. - Achieve assigned revenue, portfolio growth, and client acquisition targets. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. - Relevant experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or commercial banking. - Strong knowledge of corporate lending, credit analysis, trade finance, and cash management. - Understanding of UAE banking regulations and financial compliance requirements. - Proven ability to develop business relationships and manage corporate client portfolios. - Excellent financial analysis, negotiation, and communication skills. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Skills - Experience working with UAE-based corporate clients. - Knowledge of corporate credit facilities and financial risk assessment. - Strong business development and client acquisition capabilities. - Proficiency in CRM systems and financial analysis tools. - Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
