Logistics Specialist

On behalf of our client, a leading company specializing in Import & Export, is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist - Export to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor export shipments (Sea, Air & Land) Prepare and review export documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, B/L, and Certificates of Origin Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs clearance agents Track shipments and ensure timely delivery Handle shipment delays and resolve operational issues Ensure compliance with customs regulations, Incoterms 2020, and export procedures Maintain accurate shipment records and coordinate with internal departments Requirements Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in Export Logistics Strong knowledge of export documentation and customs procedures Good understanding of Incoterms 2020 Good command of English (written and spoken) Proficiency in MS Excel ERP/WMS experience (SAP, Oracle, or Odoo) is a plus Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Benefits Medical & Social Insurance Transportation Allowance Learning & Development Opportunities Career Growth & Promotion Opportunities Supportive Work Environment Show more Show less
