MABA BABY | NOW HIRING Position: Operations Coordinator Working Hours 8am-6pm Location: UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Starting Salary: AED 4,000 per month (All-In) Salary & Benefits Starting salary: AED 4,000 monthly Salary increase to AED 4,300 after 6–8 months, based on performance Health insurance provided 30 days of annual leave Flight ticket after 2 years of service, in accordance with company policy Annual performance reviews and growth opportunities Working Schedule Monday–Friday ) Monday- Thursday office) Fridays work from home after 6 months of employment 9–10 hours per day (45–50 hours weekly) Saturday & Sunday off Reports directly to the Management Team Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily business operations Handle 360° recruitment, candidate screening, and onboarding Manage client communication, inquiries, and follow-ups Coordinate childcare placements, training, and staff onboarding Maintain CRM systems and automations (HubSpot, ManyChat, Zapier) Schedule interviews, meetings, and staff assignments Monitor staff performance and service quality Coordinate freelancers and social media schedules Prepare operational reports and ensure deadlines and KPIs are met Support business growth and improve operational efficiency Candidate Requirements Experience in operations, recruitment, administration, or client services Excellent written and spoken English Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Proficiency in Google Workspace and WhatsApp Business Experience with HubSpot, ManyChat, or Zapier is an advantage Childcare, healthcare staffing, or recruitment agency experience is preferred Career Growth & Performance Reviews 3 Months: Performance, reliability, and onboarding evaluation 6–8 Months: Salary increase to AED 4,300 (7.5%), subject to performance 12 Months: Contract renewal review with potential 6–8% salary increase or performance-based bonus Join MABA BABY We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Operations Coordinator who can take ownership of daily operations, manage multiple responsibilities, and contribute to the long-term growth of our company.
