📍 Job Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia We are looking for an experienced professional with expertise in steel door design, detailing, manufacturing estimation, and cost calculation. Key Responsibilities: Prepare AutoCAD shop drawings for single- and double-leaf steel doors. Detail door leaves, frames, stiffeners, hinges, locks, seals, and accessories. Prepare material take-offs (MTO), bills of materials (BOM), and cutting lists. Calculate manufacturing costs, including steel sheets, frames, cores, hardware, labour, finishing, and installation. Prepare professional Excel quotations with detailed cost breakdowns, selling prices, and profit margins. Understand fire-rated door specifications, approved assemblies, and certification requirements. Coordinate with production and sales teams.
