Fashion Stock Control Specialist

𝗪𝗘’𝗥𝗘 𝗛𝗜𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 | Fashion Stock Control Specialist On behalf of a leading client in the fashion industry, we are looking for a detail-oriented Fashion Stock Control Specialist to conduct physical stock counts across retail branches, verify inventory accuracy, identify discrepancies, and maintain reliable stock records. 𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦 𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗖𝗞 𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 & 𝗜𝗡𝗩𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗬 𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 • Conduct regular physical stock counts across retail branches. • Verify actual stock quantities against system records and inventory reports. • Accurately count clothing items across different categories, styles, sizes, and colors. • Identify stock shortages, surpluses, and inventory discrepancies. • Report inventory differences and follow up on corrective actions. 𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗖𝗞 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗥𝗢𝗟 & 𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 • Prepare stock count reports and document inventory discrepancies. • Maintain accurate records of physical stock counts and inventory adjustments. • Use Microsoft Excel to organize, compare, and analyze stock data. • Support inventory reconciliation and ensure discrepancies are properly documented. • Follow established stock control procedures and reporting requirements. 𝗕𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗛 𝗖𝗢𝗢𝗥𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 • Coordinate with branch managers and store teams during stock counts. • Ensure compliance with stock counting procedures across assigned branches. • Follow up on unresolved inventory discrepancies with relevant teams. • Support management in maintaining inventory accuracy across retail locations. 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦 • Minimum 2 years of experience in the fashion or clothing retail industry. • Previous experience in stock control, inventory counting, or inventory management is preferred. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. • Intermediate educational qualification or higher. • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. • Good organizational, reporting, and documentation skills. • Ability to work independently and meet assigned deadlines. • Flexibility to visit different retail branches as required.
