Role Description The Professional Medical Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role is responsible for promoting Napco Pharma’s products to healthcare professionals through regular visits, presentations, and scientific discussions. The Medical Representative will build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders, while gathering market feedback and competitor insights. Daily tasks include planning and executing territory coverage, ensuring accurate product information, supporting sales initiatives, and reporting activities and outcomes to the line manager. The role also involves participating in medical events, adhering to ethical promotion standards, and contributing to the company’s growth targets. Qualifications Strong knowledge in Pharmacy and Medicine to effectively communicate product benefits and clinical information. Ability to apply Market Intelligence skills to understand local market dynamics and identify opportunities. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust with healthcare professionals and respond to their needs. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related life science field. Previous experience as a medical or pharmaceutical representative is preferred. Ability to work independently, manage a field-based schedule, and meet performance targets. Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools; good command of English and Arabic. Valid driving license and willingness to travel within assigned territory. Show more Show less
