Based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, we specialize in the luxury sector of the real estate market, offering one of the finest real estate portfolios available, with bespoke, premium services across buying, selling, renting, property management, and short-term rentals. As part of our strategic growth, we are expanding our Secondary Market division. We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic, and client-focused freshers who want to start their real estate career with us, focused on the resale and leasing of properties across Dubai’s established communities. Key Responsibilities Learn to source, list, and sell or lease properties across Dubai Handle and qualify inbound and outbound leads using the company’s advanced CRM system Understand client preferences and lifestyle needs to recommend suitable apartments and villas Support clients through the sales and leasing cycle, from consultation and property viewings to negotiations and deal closures Learn to guide clients on community amenities, investment potential, pricing trends, rental yields, and resale value Assist with property viewings and client consultations under the guidance of senior consultants Learn to prepare sales and leasing agreements in compliance with RERA regulations and UAE real estate laws Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, and documentation in the CRM system Build strong relationships with homeowners, landlords, and investors Stay updated on market trends and pricing shifts across Dubai Represent A1 Properties at networking events, client meetings, and property tours Job Requirements Freshers and recent graduates are welcome.
