Guide new clients through our training programs and help them choose the one that fits their goals. Maintain meaningful relationships with members and ensure they’re enjoying their journey. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the Archers community. 💼 Who You Are A confident communicator with a positive, open-minded attitude. You have a university degree and strong English communication skills. You enjoy helping people, not just selling to them. You enjoy sports, not just watching it. You’re motivated by goals, teamwork, and personal growth. Experience in sales or customer service is a plus — but passion matters most. 💰 What We Offer Basic Salary: EGP 7,000 Performance Bonus (KPI): EGP 3,000 when achieving target Commission: up to 5% on total monthly sales Full training + real opportunities for career progression A vibrant work environment built on respect, growth, and performance 🕒 Work Schedule 6 days per week 3 PM – 11 PM Location: Greek Campus, Downtown, Cairo 🚀 Why Archers?
