Invoicing Engineer/Invoicer

We are looking for an experienced Invoicer to manage project invoicing for ship repair activities. You will work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to ensure all completed work, variations, and additional services are accurately captured, costed, and invoiced to clients. Key Responsibilities Prepare and issue project invoices with supporting documents. Track project progress and identify additional work and variations. Prepare and maintain variation orders, cost summaries, and invoice records. Monitor project costs, overheads, and service expenses. Attend project meetings, ship visits, and worksite inspections as required. Coordinate with project teams to ensure all completed work is invoiced. Discuss and finalize invoice details with customers. Maintain accurate project documentation and records. Support project closeout activities and final reporting. Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and environmental standards. Requirements University degree, technical qualification, or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience in ship repair, estimating, or invoicing. Strong commercial awareness and cost control skills. Good communication and negotiation abilities. Organized, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure. Proficient in planning, reporting, and maintaining accurate records. Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills. Show more Show less
