Employees Performance Management Specialist

Job Description Participate in preparing operational projects for the department, provide consultations during their implementation, and ensure alignment with the department's approved strategic plans. Develop policies, procedures, and work models related to employee happiness and performance management, ensuring compliance with the Human Resources Law of the Government of Dubai and its amendments. Prepare studies and proposals that contribute to enhancing the attractiveness of the work environment, improving employee happiness, and increasing employee satisfaction. Develop policies and procedures related to employee promotions in accordance with the highest standards of fairness and integrity, ensuring compliance with the Human Resources Law of the Government of Dubai and its amendments. Develop policies and procedures related to the disbursement of bonuses and incentive allowances to employees, ensuring compliance with the applicable government regulations. Measure employee happiness indicators, conduct surveys, analyze results, and propose recommendations aimed at improving employee happiness levels within the organization. Develop the organization's internal grievance system in its various aspects. Provide consultations throughout the stages of preparing the annual employee performance management plan, monitor its implementation, and measure its results to ensure optimal execution. Qualifications Master's Degree: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources Management or an equivalent field. Bachelor's Degree: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management or an equivalent field. Diploma: Minimum of 11 years of experience in Human Resources Management or an equivalent field.
