Site Engineer – Interior Fit-Out

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer – Interior Fit-Out to supervise and coordinate the execution of residential and commercial interior fit-out projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, timely completion, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily site activities, installation teams, and subcontractors. Oversee interior fit-out works, including joinery, doors, gypsum, ceilings, flooring, glass, and wall finishes. Conduct site measurements and verify installation requirements. Review technical drawings, shop drawings, and material specifications. Coordinate with designers, suppliers, subcontractors, and project managers. Monitor project progress, quality, materials, and installation schedules. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and execution issues. Prepare daily progress reports and ensure timely project handover. Requirements Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out and joinery projects. Strong knowledge of site execution, finishing works, and installation techniques. Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and technical specifications. Experience in luxury residential villas is highly preferred. Strong site supervision, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Valid Qatar driving license is preferred. Show more Show less
