Role Description The Face Painter is a full-time, on-site role based in King Abdullah Economic City, supporting guest experiences within SWOT Hospitality venues and events. This role focuses on designing and applying safe, high-quality face and body art for guests of various ages, in line with brand standards and event themes. Day-to-day responsibilities include welcoming guests, discussing design preferences, recommending suitable options, and executing face painting efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. The Face Painter will prepare and organize materials, manage queues, ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines, and support overall event ambiance in coordination with the operations and guest experience teams. The role may also involve contributing creative ideas for themed events, seasonal activations, and social media content featuring guest experiences. Qualifications Demonstrated artistic skills in face and body painting, including strong drawing, color use, and design abilities. Knowledge of safe, skin-friendly paints and materials, with attention to hygiene, allergies, and health and safety standards. Strong guest service skills, including clear communication, patience, and the ability to work with children and adults in busy environments. Ability to manage time effectively, handle queues, and work efficiently during high-traffic events and peak hours. Creative mindset with the ability to propose new designs and align artwork with brand guidelines and event themes. Comfort working on-site in hospitality or entertainment settings, collaborating with operations, event, and guest experience teams. Previous experience in hospitality, entertainment, theme parks, or events is an advantage. Basic understanding of health, safety, and cleanliness protocols in a guest-facing role.
