Role Description This full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent Turkish Speaker role is based in Dubai and focuses on representing clients in the acquisition and sale of luxury real estate assets. The Real Estate Agent will prospect and qualify leads, conduct property viewings, and prepare and present market analyses for Turkish-speaking clients and other international buyers. Daily responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date listings, coordinating with internal advisory teams, managing negotiations, and guiding clients through the full transaction cycle from initial inquiry to closing. The role involves delivering high-quality customer service, ensuring accurate documentation, and staying informed about Dubai real estate regulations, market trends, and investment opportunities. Qualifications Valid Real Estate License and practical experience in Real Estate transactions. Strong Sales skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a competitive market. Knowledge of Real Property laws, regulations, and market practices in Dubai or similar markets. Excellent Customer Service skills, including client relationship management and professional communication. Fluency in Turkish and proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage. Experience working with luxury or high-value assets and international investors is preferred. Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
