Job Title: Business Development Manager Industry: Recruitment & Outsourcing Experience: 5–8 Years Location: Qatar Availability: Locally available in Qatar Job Summary We are looking for a Business Development Manager with strong recruitment industry experience and proven experience in acquiring clients from the healthcare industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, securing recruitment requirements, building client relationships, and closing recruitment deals. Key Responsibilities Acquire new recruitment clients from the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, medical centers, and healthcare groups. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client meetings. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Understand hiring requirements and propose recruitment solutions. Conduct meetings, negotiate commercial terms, and close contracts. Generate recruitment requirements through local and overseas agencies. Coordinate with internal recruitment teams for successful service delivery. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Requirements 5–8 years of proven experience in Business Development within the Healthcare Industry Mandatory: Proven experience in acquiring healthcare industry clients. Proven track record of closing recruitment deals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong knowledge of recruitment and staffing processes.
