Strategic Planning Specialist

JASARA PMC is seeking a Strategic Planning Specialist In this role, you will be responsible for the organization strategic planning services for Engineering Services. Key Responsibilities: Provide organizational strategic planning services for Engineering Services Conduct reviews to identify strength and weaknesses and to evaluate operational effectiveness within Engineering Services. Run internal strategic initiatives for business improvement under Engineering Services. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning and business improvement across multiple sectors Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely Proficient in using strategic planning tools and methodologies Experience with market research and competitive analysis Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and relevant project management software Show more Show less
