Senior Investment Accountant

TalentScript is recruiting a Senior Investment Accountant for a Kuwait-based holding company. You’ll join a small finance team and personally handle investment accounting across several group entities, from recording transactions to reporting them in the financial statements. What you’ll do Record investment purchases, disposals, dividend income and related gains or losses. Reconcile investment balances against supporting statements and investigate differences before month-end close. Prepare IFRS financial statements for assigned entities and support intercompany reconciliations and group consolidation. Prepare investment schedules for external auditors and respond to audit queries. What you’ll bring At least four years of accounting experience, including hands-on responsibility for recording and reconciling investment transactions. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and a completed CA, CPA, ACCA or CMA qualification. Practical IFRS and multi-entity accounting experience. Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus.
