A Day in the Life Based in Cairo and reporting to the Commercial Director, you’ll elevate sell-out performance across the Consumer Products Division’s channels in Egypt. You’ll equip teams and partners with the right structures, tools, training and education to deliver commercial objectives. Develop and manage sell-out plans across channels, adapting the approach to each channel’s needs and priorities. Identify the structures, tools, training and educational materials needed to improve sell-out performance, and ensure they are fit for purpose. Partner with Marketing teams to understand brand and business priorities, then translate them into clear monthly plans, objectives and training initiatives. Lead the education and training rollout for new launches, ensuring relevant teams and partners understand the products, key messages and selling approach. Train and coach field teams and Beauty Advisors on sell-out fundamentals, product knowledge and effective customer engagement.
