Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Site Engineer to join our team in Jordan. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, coordinating project execution, and ensuring that solar energy installations are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved engineering designs, quality standards, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor daily site activities for solar PV installation projects. Ensure that all installation works comply with approved engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements. Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, suppliers, and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and support corrective actions to maintain project schedules. Conduct site inspections and verify the quality of installation works. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company procedures. Support the installation, testing, and commissioning of solar PV systems. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, site documentation, and technical updates. Assist in material planning, resource allocation, and site logistics coordination. Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges during project execution. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. 2–5 years of relevant experience in site engineering, project execution, or construction supervision. Experience in solar PV installations, renewable energy projects, or EPC projects is highly preferred. Good understanding of engineering drawings, technical specifications, and installation procedures. Familiarity with project scheduling, site coordination, and quality control practices. Knowledge of health and safety standards applicable to construction and electrical installation sites. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and relevant engineering tools is an advantage. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work on project sites and travel within Jordan as required. Good command of English and Arabic.
