Assistant Sales Manager

The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for and reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager for the following duties: • Prepare the annual sales plan for the assigned territory and achieve targets by dividing them into quarterly and monthly objectives. • Conduct market research and marketing studies for assigned markets. • Identify new business opportunities and market requirements in each country and support the development of new bottle designs accordingly. • Prepare strategic marketing plans for each country and ensure their effective implementation through direct customer engagement, appointment of agents, or both. • Provide timely and accurate pricing strategies for each country to maximize profitability. • Develop sales targets and country-specific sales plans in coordination with local distributors, considering prevailing market conditions. • Adapt marketing plans in collaboration with local distributors to meet each country's requirements. • Monitor, analyze, and report sales performance. • Provide timely feedback and business forecasts to management regarding market and sales performance. • Coordinate with the company Logistics Department to monitor product dispatches and deliveries. • Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure collections are made within approved credit terms and due dates. • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics standards, and ensure compliance within the team. • Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the relevant departments for resolution. • Prepare and issue quotations and conduct price negotiations with customers. • Respond to customer inquiries and manage business correspondence. • Resolve customer complaints related to sales and service activities. • Monitor customer preferences and market trends to identify sales opportunities. • Review operational records and reports to forecast and project sales performance. • Maintain and increase sales in existing markets while developing new markets. • Collect customer feedback and market intelligence and report findings to the Sales & Marketing Manager. • Perform any other duties assigned by management related to sales and business development.
