To keep public area neat, clean and arranged. To keep public area toilets neat, clean and supplied To keep F & B areas & outlets neat, clean and arranged. To keep offices and back of the house areas neat, clean, arranged and supplied To keep out door area clean, arranged and supplied. To clean stock and set up storeroom and janitor rooms. To use and maintain all equipments as appropriate. To report any maintenance requirements to the public area supervisor. To assist with any guest request.
