The group operates across multiple sectors, including real estate, hospitality, aviation, investments, retail and other diversified businesses. This is not a conventional technology leadership position. It is an opportunity to shape and execute a comprehensive transformation agenda for an established enterprise—preserving its institutional strengths while preparing its businesses, leadership and operating models for the next generation of growth. The Mandate The selected executive will provide strategic and operational leadership across a multidimensional transformation programme, with responsibilities including: * Enterprise Transformation: Assess the group’s existing business models, organisational capabilities, operating structures and growth opportunities across its portfolio. * Digital & AI Transformation: Identify and execute opportunities involving artificial intelligence, data, automation, enterprise platforms and emerging technologies. * Business Performance: Drive operational efficiency, financial discipline, productivity and measurable commercial value. * Portfolio Integration: Identify synergies, shared capabilities and opportunities for collaboration across diverse business verticals. * Leadership & Organisational Transformation: Align executive leadership, talent, governance and organisational capabilities with future business requirements. * Strategic Growth: Develop transformation pathways that strengthen regional competitiveness and support international expansion. * Execution & Accountability: Translate strategic priorities into practical roadmaps, coordinated execution programmes and measurable business outcomes. The Leadership Profile We are particularly interested in senior executives who bring: * 20+ years of progressive leadership experience, including substantial responsibility for complex enterprise transformation. * Demonstrated success leading large-scale, multi-business or group-level transformation programmes. * Meaningful exposure to several sectors, preferably real estate, hospitality, aviation, investments and retail. * Strong understanding of the UAE and wider MENA business environment, including diversified family-owned enterprises. * The ability to engage confidently with shareholders, boards, group CEOs and senior executive leadership. * Proven expertise across digital transformation, AI adoption, operating model redesign, financial performance and organisational change. * A commercially grounded mindset, sound judgment and the ability to deliver results in complex stakeholder environments.
