Role Description The English Instructor role at 4level 1 is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo. Instructors design and deliver engaging English lessons, prepare lesson plans and teaching materials, and assess learners’ progress through assignments, quizzes, and exams. Daily responsibilities include facilitating interactive classroom activities, providing constructive feedback, and supporting learners with different proficiency levels. English Instructors also participate in curriculum development, attend training sessions, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent teaching standards and a positive learning environment. The role requires punctual classroom management, accurate record keeping, and active participation in academic meetings and initiatives. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong English Teaching, Language Teaching, and general Teaching skills. Candidates should possess solid Education-related knowledge, including curriculum planning and learner assessment. Candidates should possess clear and accurate Writing skills for preparing teaching materials and learner feedback. Excellent command of spoken and written English, with the ability to explain concepts to diverse learners. Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; teaching certifications (e.g., TEFL, TESOL) are an advantage. Experience teaching English in classroom settings, preferably with different age groups or proficiency levels. Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a learner-centered approach.
