Job Description Responsible for analyzing and reporting on KPIs to support data-driven decision-making and improve functional performance. collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, develop performance reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Performance Analysis Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data from multiple sources. Identify trends, patterns, and key insights to assess organizational performance. Conduct root cause analysis to identify factors impacting performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to define performance metrics and targets. Provide recommendations for performance improvement based on data analysis Performance Reporting Develop and distribute regular performance reports to stakeholders. Prepare executive-level dashboards and presentations to communicate performance trends and insights. Ensure accuracy and consistency of performance data and reports. Customize reports based on stakeholder needs and requirements. Automate and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency Data Visualization Design and develop visually appealing and informative dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate performance data. Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create interactive and dynamic reports. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements and translate them into actionable visualizations Skills - Proven experience in performance analysis and reporting, preferably in a data-intensive environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets. - Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and experience in creating interactive dashboards and reports. - Solid understanding of performance management principles, KPIs, and metrics. - Advanced Excel skills and experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python) are a plus. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders. - Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
