The role will remain primarily based in Egypt under a hybrid working arrangement. 💼 Employment Type: Full-time 🎯 Experience: 3+ years We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on implementation experience and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions. Key Responsibilities Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend appropriate system configurations and enhancements. Configure D365 F&O modules according to agreed business requirements. Prepare functional design documents, process flows, and configuration documentation. Collaborate with developers to deliver and validate customizations, reports, and integrations. Prepare test scenarios and support system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). Support data migration, including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation. Deliver user training and support go-live and post-implementation activities. Investigate functional issues and recommend process improvements. Required Skills and Qualifications 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a D365 F&O Functional Consultant. Strong expertise in one or more of the following areas: Finance: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash and Bank Management, or Fixed Assets. Supply Chain: Procurement, Sales, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, or Master Planning. Experience with requirements gathering, configuration, functional documentation, and testing. Understanding of end-to-end business processes and dependencies between modules. Familiarity with the Data Management Framework and data migration activities. Ability to communicate clearly with business users and technical teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Participation in at least one full implementation lifecycle. Experience with Dynamics AX 2012. Familiarity with Azure DevOps for requirements, issues, and testing. Knowledge of Power BI or Power Platform. Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Show more Show less
