Job description: STRATO CREATIONS LLC is looking for ait is highly skilled and experienced SENIOR Estimation Engineer with 5 years UAE experience strong technical knowledge, excellent market pricing awareness, and an established network of reliable suppliers and subcontractors in the UAE interior fit-out industry. We require a candidate who can independently prepare fast, accurate, competitive, and commercially viable quotations, without unnecessary delays in obtaining supplier prices. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimations, and quotations for complete interior fit-out and turnkey projects. Handle estimation for civil works, gypsum partitions, ceilings, joinery, flooring, painting, glass, aluminium, MEP, and finishing works. Complete estimations and quotations on the same working day upon receiving enquiries, wherever the scope and required information are available. Maintain an extensive, reliable network of UAE suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing quickly. Possess strong knowledge of current UAE market rates, material costs, labour rates, and subcontractor pricing. Independently calculate project costs using established market knowledge and updated rate databases, without depending on lengthy vendor quotation processes. Review drawings, specifications, material requirements, and BOQs to ensure accurate quantity take-offs and pricing. Prepare detailed cost breakdowns covering materials, labour, subcontracting, overheads, and profit margins. Coordinate with the Project Manager, Sales Team, and Management to ensure timely quotation submissions. Maintain and regularly update supplier databases, unit rates, and cost estimation records. Mandatory Requirements ✅ Proven UAE experience in interior fit-out and turnkey project estimation is compulsory. ✅ Strong existing UAE supplier and subcontractor network. ✅ Excellent knowledge of current fit-out material prices and execution costs. ✅ Ability to prepare accurate, competitive quotations independently under tight deadlines. ✅ Strong technical knowledge of interior fit-out works, drawings, specifications, and BOQs. ✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation-related software. ✅ Excellent time management, commercial awareness, and negotiation skills. ✅ Ability to handle multiple enquiries and deliver quotations within strict timelines.
