Job Purpose Supervising and ensuring proper execution of mechanical works on-site, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems, in compliance with approved designs, specifications, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and related works). Ensure all mechanical works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and standards. Review and coordinate shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents. Monitor workmanship, materials, and installation methods on-site. Coordinate with other disciplines (electrical, civil, architectural) to resolve technical issues. Assist in troubleshooting mechanical systems and resolving site challenges. Inspect and approve materials and equipment delivered to site. Ensure mechanical works follow quality control procedures and standards. Conduct site inspections, tests, and verification of mechanical installations. Promote adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports on mechanical progress, issues, and quality. Maintain records of inspections, approvals, and as-built modifications. Document non-conformances and corrective actions. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical site engineering Experience in MEP systems installation and supervision is preferred Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and installation methods Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant engineering software is an advantage Strong communication and coordination skills Problem-solving and analytical abilities Attention to detail and quality Good command of English Show more Show less
