We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Team Leader to join our Real Estate Sales team. Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Handle leads from initial contact through closing. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Conduct sales presentations and property viewings. Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable properties. Follow up consistently with prospects and manage the sales pipeline. Negotiate and close deals effectively. Maintain accurate records and update the CRM regularly. Stay up to date with market trends, projects, and competitors. Provide regular sales reports and updates to management. Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Good knowledge of the Egyptian real estate market. Customer-oriented and highly motivated. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
