Junior Intellectual Property (IP) Associate

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IP Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in intellectual property and a willingness to develop their knowledge and expertise in this field. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct trademark searches, preparing search reports, drafting specifications. • Handling trademark prosecution, including filing, examination, and drafting of responses. • Monitor trademark deadlines, renewals, and other prosecution-related matters. • Assist with drafting trademark oppositions, counter statements, cancellations, and other IP-related proceedings. • Maintain trademark portfolios and prepare client correspondence and reports. • Liaise with clients, trademark offices, and foreign associates. • Strong legal drafting, research, analytical, and communication skills. • Familiarity with UAE and GCC trademark procedures will be an advantage. Requirements: • A Bachelor’s degree in Law is mandatory. • Prior experience working in an Intellectual Property firm is preferred. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • A proactive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
