Warehouse Agent

Job Summary: Responsible for executing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, dispatching, returns handling, and stock counting. Ensures accurate handling of fashion products by SKU, style, color, and size while maintaining inventory accuracy, product quality, workplace safety, and order fulfillment deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming products against supporting documents. Store and organize products according to assigned locations and inventory procedures. Pick customer and transfer orders accurately based on SKU, style, color, size, and quantity. Pack, label, and prepare orders for dispatch according to company standards. Record warehouse transactions using the approved WMS or ERP system. Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory activities. Identify and report stock discrepancies, damaged products, and operational issues. Process returned products according to inspection and disposition procedures. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance. Meet individual productivity, accuracy, and order-processing targets.
